Boulder Ridge

The property was perfect for our family of 10. There were so many nice places to sit, read, and play games. It was very clean and had a well-stocked kitchen. We were in the woods yet close to everything. Would highly recommend it!

Loved the place. We had ten buddies together for our annual mountain bike trip. This place was perfect. Great location. Close to all the trails. Great house, with plenty of space. The views were incredible. If it's available for our trip next year, we will certainly return.

We stayed here for a wedding in town, and it was hands down the most beautiful property and area. They provide blankets for you and your furry companion! The “caves” are so cool and provide a very amazing lookout spot!

I needed a BIG place to stay with my two siblings, their spouses, and our adult children, preferably in Pisgah Forest so we could be near other relatives. This fits the bill perfectly! We had lots of space to spread out. The location is beautiful -- and our only regret is that we were so busy with other activities that we didn't get to spend as much time hanging out at the house as we would have liked! I would stay here again!

The stay was amazing and the scenery was stunning. On several occasions in our four-day stay, we saw a buck and multiple does. The host had a Christmas tree in the main house, and in the cottage, which was unexpected, but very appreciated! It was evident that people’s needs and wants were anticipated while setting up the house. There were little nooks in the house for sitting on one or in small groups, there were multiple outside areas that invited people to gather for a bonfire or other activities, and my favorite part was a room off the master suite with two recliners and a picture window to watch the sunset behind the mountain view. We will come again! I can’t recommend this place enough. We were a group of 16 gathering for Christmas with four generations present. The place is extremely pet-friendly and has special touches that make our fur baby feel welcome. Amazing! Please give this place a try! The mountains are calling!

Beautiful property with everything we needed. Close enough to Brevard to run to the grocery store if necessary, but tucked away so that we really felt like we were in nature. Beautiful home and has great views.

Excellent BNB that I would highly recommend! The pictures do not do it justice, the houses and the location look even more amazing in person. The area feels quite secluded and private. We rented the place for a Friendsgiving trip with 12 of us and the size was perfect. The houses could sleep more than 12, but any more than 12 and you would definitely start to sacrifice some privacy. There was so much to do here, when we weren’t cooking up meals we played pickle ball, basketball, disc golf, poker, enjoyed the hot tub, and watched fantastic sunsets all three nights. The hot tub was a little on the small side, but everything else at this BNB was perfect. Also much cheaper than other places we looked at for a big group trip. We will definitely consider staying at this spot again in the future, awesome place!

Used this place as a home base for a five-person mountain biking trip. It was fantastic and could have easily accommodated a much larger group. It sits up in the hills which makes for wonderful mountain views from the house. The property is huge with two separate living spaces plus a "bike barn". There is a basketball hoop, pickleball court, disc golf area, an amazing porch, and a hot tub. I would definitely come back here again.

This place is absolutely beautiful. The views are amazing, especially the sunsets. There is much to do outside here. The bike shack was a bonus hangout spot for the adults. Multiple fire pits outside. The inside was very clean. The beds were comfortable. If you are looking to get away to a peaceful setting this is the place.

My family and I spent Christmas at Boulder Ridge. The house sits on top of a mountain with spectacular views, and endless amenities, and the Christmas tree was a wonderful surprise. This property is the perfect place for a gathering in any season.

This was such an amazing property to stay at! The group and I had so much fun and the house provided us with everything we could possibly need. There were so many different places you can go within the property such as the bike shack, cottage, lookout, etc. All were nice and very relaxing.

The location was amazing. Myself and 7 other adults were on our annual motorcycle trip. Usually, another member picks a random hotel for our stay but I talked the group into an Airbnb and picked this location. It was perfect! We had plenty of space in the garage for our bikes, the covered porch perfect for hanging out after a day of riding, the weather was amazing, and everyone was ecstatic about the accommodations and condition of the home and guest house. Plenty of things to do at the location and it was nice to be able to eat home cooked meals instead of going out to eat all the time. The location, views, and local wildlife made it even better. The group has decided that I am in charge of arranging our accommodations from now on! I/we would definitely stay here again! Thank you for a great trip.

Last minute booking in an area we know and love. This is a large property that would be great for a family gathering. There is a well furnished main house. Average kitchen, plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. There is also a garage apartment. This has great views from the back deck.

The views are simply amazing and breathtaking. It was more than enough room for my large group. Plenty of space to be alone or with the group. Between both houses, we had everything we needed for the kitchen, extra towels, and blankets. I was nervous about going up the mountain but the road leading to the house and the driveway was paved so that eased my anxiety. The only downside in my opinion is there isn’t any rails to protect you or kids from falling over (which they did inform us) so just make sure if you have kids to keep an eye on them. Not really a big deal because we still had a wonderful time. I would definitely recommend staying here and can’t wait to come back.

Fun compound for our large adult group, beautiful views and lots of space. We enjoyed the two full kitchens and the outdoor grill. Nice location, quiet and secluded and still not far from town. Good launch point for biking trails, if you don't mind some winding roads.

We rent a house in the mountains every year and we all agreed that this one had the most amazing views and more to offer than any other. "We had a great stay. The view was outstanding, and we all could not wait to sit on the bench outside to watch the sunset. It was very quiet, cool and peaceful. The place was spotless and had all we needed to prepare great meals. The porch was an excellent gathering spot for the seven of us, with ample seating. We enjoyed sitting on the porch during a brief afternoon shower. Beds were very clean and comfortable, as was the huge reclining sectional sofa. Highly recommend as the best pet-friendly Airbnb I have stayed at."

This lovely mountain house is a perfect retreat to relax and decompress. It has every luxury of home and the surrounding town is so lovely. I've stayed multiple times and have loved every visit. Specifically on long weekends where you can incorporate amazing hikes and a lot of R&R. The surrounding forest/parks are just stunning. Loved every minute.

Excellent house(s) for our 16 person bike race weekend. Plenty of room for singles and couples. The sunset view was incredible. So close to Pisgah Forest trails and DuPont mountain bike trails. Definitely would stay again.

"The fates of man had led us astray to an awful place with nowhere to play but we cut our loss thus fixed the glitch and made our way to Boulder Ridge. The Purple Martin Gang had come to hang and reprise the birth of Z. the kids stayed alone in their own separate home, Nat, Zack, Ty, Abby, and Z. The time on the rock, despite loss and lock was memorable and fun to Brevard and back. The old bike shack, good times for everyone. When the young are old and the story is told by word they shall paint the image, a masterpiece to see. The title will be, ""Our Days on Boulder Ridge""."
