Katie is our hands-on and dedicated Director of Owner Relations. Once you've spoken with Shari about your property's potential, Katie will be the front lines in assessing the property inside and out. She will personally work with you to ensure your property is up to Carolina Mornings' exacting standards and is poised for success. As a bonus, once you've joined the family, Katie remains your primary liaison with the company to ensure any questions are resolved as quickly as possible.
Next up, Sales and Marketing.
Katie will coordinate with Gay, our head of sales and marketing, to make sure that your perfect gem of a rental is best presented through all of our marketing channels. Some owners prefer to be part of this process, while others choose to remain hands-off. The choice is up to you! The end goal is to "go live" with momentum and start sending Carolina Mornings' guests to your property as soon as possible.
