Location Details
There are plenty of things to do during your stay at the Toasty Marshmallow! The cabin is 20 minutes from Maggie Valley, a Smoky Mountain destination town that’s home to a handful of dining and shopping options, and with Cherokee less than an hour away, you can spend the day exploring local culture or enjoy an evening catching a show at Harrah’s Casino Resort. Get outdoors and take a journey on the Blue Ridge Parkway to discover mountain hiking trails and spectacular waterfalls, walk the trail at Lake Junaluska (12 minutes down the road), or, in the winter, go skiing and snowboarding at Cataloochee Ski Area (34 minutes away). Head to Asheville for a tour of the Biltmore Estate (44 minutes). The ride to Asheville is smooth sailing with easy, year-round highway access to the I-40 corridor. This Asheville cabin is located in Waynesville and is approximately 37 minutes from downtown Asheville; 2,697ft above sea level.

• The Toasty Marshmallow is pet-friendly with restrictions due to Insurance requirements. The following breeds are not permitted; Akita, Alaskan Malamute, Any Wolf Breeds, Chow Chow, Doberman Pinschers, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Pit Bull, Presa Carios, Rottweiler, Siberian Husky, and Staffordshire Terrier.
• Firewood is not provided for guest use. If you plan on using the wood-burning amenities, please purchase wood locally upon arrival.
• Travel Insurance Recommended
During the winter months, we ask you to please consider CSA Travel Insurance to protect your vacation investment from potential winter weather events that could prevent access to the home.

Property Cancellation Policy
Please note that this property’s Non-Refundable Period is 30 days prior to arrival. If your reservation is made within this period, it will be non-refundable from the time of booking. Cancellations are permitted outside of this period, per our vacation rental agreement. We encourage you to consider travel insurance to help protect your vacation investment against the unknown!
