The home was lovely with two king-size master suites, two bedrooms with queen-sized beds, and a loft with four twin beds. There is plenty of space and a hot tub.

Amazing wrap-up to our road trip down the Blue Ridge Parkway! We were able to settle in quickly and comfortably and felt so at home during our 5-day stay. From coffee on the deck in the morning to hot tub, fire pit, and pool table in the evenings we always had something to stay entertained and relaxed. The lodge was clean with a stunning view and had a very nicely stocked kitchen as well!

Beautiful location close to both Asheville and hikes nearby. A great plate to disconnect and relax. Just disappointed we missed the trees blooming by a few weeks!

We have rented this property for our spring break. We were a total of 4 adults, 3 kids (ages 5,5, & 8) and a dog. The cabin is super spacious and a vibe! Everything was clean and it felt like a home away from home. The kitchen was fully stocked with all basic condiments and plenty of pots and pans. It even had a blender and a mixer. The property is private and the instructions provided to arrive were right on point. We requested a propane gas refill for the fire pit during our stay and it was taken care of immediately. We will certainly be returning customers.

We loved our stay. The kitchen was very well stocked. The cabin was so beautiful, and clean and the beds were so comfortable. The location was great and peaceful. Thank you for a great place to spend our family Christmas. Definitely would recommend this cabin.

Great place and, a great community! I loved how much living space was in this house. The older kids were on the bottom level and never knew they were there. My little one enjoyed playing upstairs in the loft as there were toys up there that she could play with. Plenty of seating for the entire family. The hot tube was perfect temp and clean! The beds were cozy and warm and enjoyed our time around the fireplace talking with family. We will be back soon!

We had the pleasure of staying at this charming cabin for Thanksgiving with friends and family, and it was an experience to remember. The cabin's warm and inviting atmosphere added an extra layer of comfort to our holiday retreat. The rustic yet modern decor created a perfect blend, making us feel right at home. The spacious living areas allowed for quality time together, whether we were enjoying a festive meal or simply relaxing by the fireplace. One of the highlights was the well-equipped kitchen, which made preparing our Thanksgiving feast a breeze. The amenities provided exceeded our expectations, adding convenience to our stay. The thoughtful touches throughout the cabin, from cozy blankets to board games, contributed to a sense of coziness and togetherness. The surrounding natural beauty was the cherry on top. We took advantage of nearby Smokey Mountain trails to see Elk and appreciated the scenic views that surrounded us. It truly felt like a retreat into nature. Overall, I highly recommend this cabin for anyone looking to create lasting memories with loved ones during the holiday season. The combination of a fantastic location, inviting atmosphere, and thoughtful amenities made our Thanksgiving getaway truly special.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Shady Ridge Lodge. The cabin was well suited for our multi-generational long weekend trip with plenty of seating, plenty of bed options, and a well-stocked kitchen with a beautiful backdrop. The quick trips into town were no problem and we were able to find everything we needed at the local grocery stores. Loved the lower-level pool table and hot tub, all equipment was in good working order. After a few long hikes, many hours of fun were spent soaking in the hot tub and just hanging out as a family playing pool. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful home with 4 large bedrooms. The loft would be great for kids. The pool table and hot tub were great additions to the home. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. Close to Maggie Valley, Waynesville, Blue Ridge Parkway, and Great Smokey National Park.

The place was nice and pretty quiet. The host was very responsive when I had questions. It was a bit far from the ski area, which didn’t seem the case by looking at the map. Also, there are no grocery shops around, so need to get food and drinks with you when going to this property. The stay was pretty pleasant.

Came up for a family ski trip to Maggie valley. This perfect cozy little cabin made our entire weekend beyond great! So many amenities & easy to get too. Definitely the perfect cabin stay!
