Inside, a vaulted ceiling and two-story windows fill the living area with light. The fully equipped kitchen has bar seating and everything you will need to prepare your favorite meals. In the evening, kick back and relax in the leather reclining chairs by the gas fireplace before settling down for the night in one of the main-level bedrooms. For children in your group, the loft area includes two twin beds and a half bath. You will feel revitalized by the abundance of nature surrounding Serenade Cove!

Together with the neighboring rental home Serenade Shores, the property can accommodate small groups of up to 10 guests, perfect for hosting friendly get-togethers and family reunions.

Serenade Cove/Serenade Shores feels like a world away, yet it's centrally located ten miles from both Hendersonville and Brevard, NC. Get outside and explore the area! Enjoy a scenic drive along the French Broad River to conveniences such as grocery shopping (20 min.), the airport (22 min.), and the Sierra Nevada Brewery (25 min.). Visit downtown Hendersonville, NC, where you'll discover the Hands-On Children's Museum, a revitalized Main Street, and plenty of shopping and fine dining options. Flat Rock, NC, home to the Carl Sandburg Home National Historic Site and the Flat Rock Playhouse, is also nearby. After a busy day spent hiking local trails in Dupont State Forest and Pisgah National Forest in nearby Brevard, known as the “Land of Waterfalls," it's a short drive home to refresh and regroup. For an evening out, Asheville offers popular attractions such as the Biltmore Estate (40 min), nightlife, historic architecture, and numerous restaurants and breweries. This Asheville vacation rental is located in Hendersonville and is approximately 40 minutes from downtown Asheville.

• Firewood is not provided for guest use. If you plan on using the wood-burning amenities, please purchase wood locally upon arrival. In addition, Seasonal Gas Fireplaces are not operational between Memorial Day and Labor Day.
• Noise Ordinance
Serenade Cove is located in a quiet mountain neighborhood. This home is under a noise ordinance between 9:00 p.m. and 8 a.m. and has a very low noise tolerance. Please be mindful that noise travels far in the mountains.
• Travel Insurance is Recommended. Due to the location of this home, any inclement weather in winter may render it unreachable. We highly recommend guests consider CSA Travel Insurance for this property as there are no refunds for weather.

Property Cancellation Policy
Please note that this property’s Non-Refundable Period is 30 days prior to arrival. If your reservation is made within this period, it will be non-refundable from the time of booking. Cancellations are permitted outside of this period, per our vacation rental agreement. We encourage you to consider travel insurance to help protect your vacation investment against the unknown!
