We loved this space! It was perfect for your family and dog. Far from everything but not too far. Secluded with gorgeous views and completely fenced for our pup. The pool table and hot tub were a great addition that my kids thoroughly enjoyed. Would stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay here. Well stocked. Had just what we needed and loved that we didn’t have a list of 100 things to do before we left. Check-in is simple and easy. The house was a bit creaky so caution if you want to sleep in and others are awake. You will hear every step. It is a cabin of course! Thank you for letting us spend our annual family trip at your home. We will be back.

Beautiful secluded spot. Very dog friendly…dog dishes and a great fenced yard. Well-stocked kitchen; cooked Thanksgiving dinner no problem!

Beautiful views and very comfortable furniture. We were especially impressed with the modern appliances. It felt very clean and up-to-date, but also cozy. We had a lovely honeymoon. A great way to relax, recharge, and enjoy each other's time. I cannot wait to come back with a dog.

This cabin has amazing views and is great to get away to enjoy nature. You must realize it is a good 10-minute drive up a narrow road. We enjoyed our stay. We had 4 adults and a dog. Plenty of room for all.

We had a very nice time here. It is at the very top of the mountain. The fenced-in yard was a plus. The drive up the mountain was beautiful. Take your time! Our pups enjoyed the fresh air and running around the yard. It is very remote and private. The fireplace is gas. There is a fire pit in the yard. October is a wonderful time of year to visit.

Our family had a great week at this Cabin. It was comfortable and well-equipped with everything that was needed. The fenced in yard for our dog was perfect so she could run around and play.

The house is very beautiful and comfortable. Our kids loved the pool and ping pong table. Wildlife is very present around the house! We loved everything and are looking forward to coming back soon!

We had a great time and enjoyed all the amenities! Had someone come to the place to clean the hot tub and change the propane tanks the maintenance guy was speedy and friendly! The gravel road wasn't too bad and the view was beautiful. Felt a little overpriced but there were almost no check-out chores and the house had everything we needed.

Easy to find, very clean and tidy place. Loved playing pool and using the hot tub. Very nice, peaceful, and comfortable place. The gravel road wasn’t as bad as I thought it was.

We would highly recommend renting this cabin! It was clean & the kitchen was well stocked for people that like to cook. If you’re looking for a quiet retreat or romantic getaway it is perfect. Loved the fireplace & hot tub. Overall wonderful experience & the property management was quick to respond.

We had a great trip - Dupont forest triple falls hike is great. We enjoyed hanging out here. Played pool and enjoyed the campfire. Such a beautiful cabin.

Convenient location for the NC Agriculture Ctr. , we spent most of our time at show grounds with horses. Cabin is rustic, basic furnishings, very clean. High in the treetops so no real view.

"We had such a great time here at the cabin! The majority of our trip we spent in town, but we really enjoyed the peace and quiet while at home. We also went white water rafting through Nantahala Outdoor Center and highly recommend it! The rest of the time was spent eating local cuisine, and seeing an old friend from film school!"

Perfect cabin for the holidays! Not much wildlife out here but great meet-up point for our lovely family that lives throughout the East. The fenced in yard for our dog was especially nice! "We loved our stay and plan to rent the Red Wolf again. It was perfect in every way. We were impressed with Carolina Mornings. There were signs at the property letting us know we were in the right place. Instructions were detailed and helpful. Loved all the special touches, like extra towels for the hot tub and our dogs. We over packed anticipating the potential for bare bones supplies or not having the promised materials. Pleasantly surprised that we didn't need it!"

We loved the cabin. What a wonderful weekend spent here at Red Wolf Cabin. We picked Asheville to spend our 5 year anniversary! We went to the Biltmore and explored the beautiful home. We hiked Chimney Rock. And we relaxed here. The hot tub was wonderful and the pool table was much used. We saw a bear for a split second (our dogs spooked him). Loved having a fenced-in yard. We could sit in the hot tub and watch our dogs play in the yard. We will be returning! Thank you for sharing your beautiful cabin!

We chose the Red Wolf Cabin as our honeymoon spot. The cabin is wonderful. The hottub and pool table made the experience go by too fast. We will definitely be back again. We didnt have a chance to meet the neighborhood dogs but did see some wildlife in the trees.

"We stayed at Red Wolf Lodge. The cabin itself was gorgeous and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and there was a full bath on every floor. The floor to ceiling windows and the gas fireplace were great! I found that making a reservation online was very easy and the staff was friendly. The only thing I wish we knew in advance was that the road to get to the cabin is very windy and narrow. It took us about 20 to 30 minutes to get up and down the mountain. It would not have changed my mind about staying there (maybe in the winter), but it would be nice to know in advance. Other than that I had a great experience!"

"There once was three ladies named Sharon, Susanna, and Laura. They came from Newport News/VA Beach, VA area and went in search of a girl's retreat. They were very pleased when they arrived at Red Wolf, even after their surprisingly treacherous drive on the Mountain Road :) The place was awesome and provided us with a much needed place of peace and serenity. We got used to the road and ventured out to Asheville and had a blast. We also learned 2 cars can pass each other on the High Top Road :) We enjoyed the deck and the hot tub and thought it was beautifully decorated. Thanks for a great time! We hope to be back."

"I just returned from spending the weekend at Red Wolf Cabin... and I have to tell you it was absolute heaven! The cabin is secluded just enough to feel you are far away from the world, but close enough to be convenient. It's beautiful (beyond words) and comfortable and had everything we could possibly need. I was so thrilled when I saw we had a welcoming committee of beautiful, well behaved, gentle dogs. It made a perfect weekend even better than I ever could have imagined. It is so obvious you have put a lot of thought and effort into making sure your guests enjoy their stay. I was actually sad to leave this morning. I know for certain I will come back to this cabin again... and I will recommend it to EVERYONE I know who wants to experience the North Carolina mountains the right way! Keep up the great work!"
