Great place for our stay. We loved the firepit and porch! However, it is an older home...stairs/floor are loud when someone is walking or coming down from the upstairs; noise and creeks when the AC is turned on or off; the cabin got colder at night and it was hard to heat back up with central air; appliances a bit older but we didn't care as everything worked. We liked that it included a free pass to the Biltmore as tickets can run pretty high with 4 people. We enjoyed our stay and hope to be back!

The house was spacious without being too big. Large bedrooms and 3 bathrooms allowed everyone to have their own space. The views were spectacular.

Great location for spending quality time with family. We enjoyed hiking great trails and coming back to relax by the fire. The mountains had a beautiful purple glow at sunset every evening. Truly beautiful views.

This was a perfect getaway for our family. The view is spectacular from the porch. Plenty of room and has a rural feel but is conveniently located to shopping and restaurants. Would stay again.

The home was as shown in the photos. We enjoyed the fire pit. The kitchen and dining area are small. We had 7 adults and 1 child for Christmas dinner and set up in the Master bedroom for this meal. Maintenance did respond promptly to our text. The property is nice with mountain views from the porch. Plenty of parking for 3 cars. Comfortable for 5 adults and a toddler. You will need to provide a high chair and crib or pack-and-play if you have a little person. We enjoyed our 4-day visit.

Absolutely lovely stay - the porch and yard are perfect for enjoying the views and scenery, whether it be for morning coffee or nighttime campfires. The inside is spacious, cozy and comfortable.

We appreciate the new appliances. We are enjoying the porch, the firepit, and the view. Last year a bear visited us and knocked the trash bin off the porch and down the hill. This year we are keeping the trash bin inside. What a happy day!

Loved Lilys Mountain Getaway. Everything was very clean. We loved waking up to the beautiful sunrise over the mountains and the deer on the property. Very peaceful. We had a great time here and Carolina Mornings was very available to answer our needs. Would definitely come back here.

We visited Asheville to see the foliage and enjoy a quiet weekend, and this was a perfect place to stay! The wraparound porch and fire pit are amazing, and the kitchen and living room fit our large group. All of the beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed. We would absolutely stay here again!

Amazing location and view! The home was 10 min from Asheville and right around the corner from Main Street Weaverville which had cute shops and restaurants. The view from the back porch, fire pit, and master bedroom was incredible from the mountains. The acreage was fabulous for our dog to run and play. The home was clean with plenty of room-2 large bedrooms with bathrooms on the main floor and 2 additional bedrooms and 1 bath upstairs. The furniture was a bit outdated but it did not affect our stay. We were happy with the home, location, and views and would definitely stay here again!

What a treat to ring in the new year Here at the cabin with my family. The views from the porch are worth the 11-hour drive from Florida. Everything else was just a bonus. "We rented Lilly's Mountain Getaway to be near family that live in Weaverville and we loved it. It was the perfect place to spend time with family and ideally located, 5 minutes from Weaverville, 15 from Asheville and lots of good hiking on the Blueridge Pkwy. Porch was a wonderful spot to relax and have meals. Our dog loved running and exploring the enormous backyard. We would rent this home again. We also loved the fireplace. We had a very positive experience with Carolina Mornings and this property - we would recommend. 5-star cleanliness and bedding."

Perfect mountain getaway. Older charming home that is very well cared for and very clean. The wraparound porch was a hit for everyone and we spent a lot of time there. Great location. Beds were comfortable. Would definitely stay here again. We loved the quiet mornings and daily visits by the deer in the woods. Nightly fireside sitting and gathering. Apple picking and hikes to Hooker Falls were lovely! Was everything we hoped it would be.

"This is a nice house. This weekend was our first trip away from home after 3 months of sheltering in place due to the COVID 19 (corona) virus. "Great location, far enough outside of downtown to be in nature but close enough to get downtown easily! The property was great and provided plenty of room for my dog to run. "What a place of relaxation! Our favorite place was on the rocking chairs, looking out at the mountain range and hearing the hummingbirds come in to feed. We enjoyed the Biltmore, dinner at the Grove Park Inn, rides up to Mt. Mitchell and horseback riding in Marshall. We enjoyed the isolation of the back porch and the convenience of Publix and Walmart. "The house was quite comfortable and well equipped in the kitchen. Downtown Weaverville was quaint and we enjoyed walking around the lake. We saw a parade of turkeys and some deer in the backyard, had a beautiful view of the mountains, and enjoyed sitting out on the side porch. Downtown Asheville was 10-15 minutes away. We would stay there again."
