I stayed here for the Christmas holiday with my mom and dog. The house was clean, and the location was great. It was a nice home and a good location. The house can easily accommodate two couples or a family with kids, as long as you can do the stairs. It was clean and quiet, so that was a plus.

Each bedroom has its own bathroom. Extra living room area upstairs. Great for multiple adult family members. Definitely will stay again!

Much larger than expected located inside a very cute community and in a fantastic location! 12 minute Uber from downtown, which made going out incredibly easy. We didn’t use anything but the coffee pot, however, the house is very well stocked with appliances, cleaning supplies, pots/pans, etc. Directions we received from the renting agency told us the GPS wouldn’t find the actual address but that wasn’t the case at all and we didn’t run into any issues with this, which we were worried about. Will absolutely rent again.

Our stay at Carolinas Roost was wonderful! Plenty of room for the 3 of us and our dog...we even had 4 family members over for a cookout one evening and it never felt crowded. Liked the extra bonus space upstairs with the sitting area, television and board games. The separate thermostats were a nice touch as well. VERY convenient to Asheville, about a 10 minute drive. This little neighborhood does sit close to a busy road, but for the most part it was pretty quiet. Easy to contact them with a couple of questions and they were quick with the replies. Thanks for taking care of us on our vacation! :)

Six adults stayed here for the Asheville Half Marathon (in the Biltmore) and it was the perfect place! The two living spaces gave us room to spread out and we enjoyed the deck in the afternoons. House was spotless and adorably decorated. Easy drive to the Biltmore and downtown Asheville.

"We had a wonderful stay. The house was large enough for our group. Four beds, pull out sofa and a rollaway bed. The master is large with a generous bathroom. All of the beds were as comfortable as everyone had a solid rest before our tournament. There is also an upper and lower living room with plenty of space to relax. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to to make dinner and enjoy at the table with seating for 6. The grill on the large back deck was a plus with ample seating. The house is conveniently located about 10 mins from downtown Asheville."

"Carolina Roost is a wonderful house. The decor is charming! The beds terrific! And we appreciate all the thoughtful details. The sofas are very comfy and great TVs. The kitchen was awesome. "We were so happy with Carolina Roost! I got busy and forgot to sign the owner’s guestbook so I hope they will see this. The house was perfect for our group, decorated lovely and so comfy you felt right at home. Your reservation and ck in and ck out were seamless and easy! No wasting time running down keys from rental agency. Everything we needed was provided. We were planning our son’s wedding which is in May at the fields of blackberry cove, and the kitchen table was the perfect spot for collaborating. Thanks for providing such a reasonable and comfortable rental, and for being pet friendly. Our little pug was happy too :) Our grandson saw snow for the first time, and made a snowball on the porch! "
