Asheville Landing

Lovely place in downtown Asheville! Very near to great nightlife, including a fun bar right downstairs. Very clean and nice with easy access. Parking can be a challenge on the streets at times but paid parking is readily available, plus free parking on the street from 7:00 pm through 7:30 am. Would certainly recommend it for a fun weekend getaway!

Overall a fantastic place. It’s a bit disorienting bringing your bags in through a food hall and the lack of dedicated parking is a bit of a challenge with luggage and kids in tow, but once we got into the unit, it was great. The only challenge we had is that the unit does not keep outside sounds so the kids struggled a bit getting to sleep, but that’s largely to be attributed to city sounds. I’d recommend this place in a heartbeat to adults and families with older kids. It’s the heart of Asheville.

This very comfortable condo is in the perfect spot to explore Asheville on foot. The rooftop patio is the perfect spot to start and end each day. Parking is a little challenging but we took advantage of the overnight free street parking and a lot about 4-5 blocks away that only charged $3 every 12 hours. Be sure and check out the wonderful Flour coffee shop on the 1st floor of the building.

Next time I visit Asheville, this is a place I want to stay again. The weather was nice so I used the terrace often and it was really nice.

The apartment was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with a modern and well-stocked kitchen. The historic building was gorgeous and very centrally located. We were steps away from everything downtown Asheville had to offer! Our host was responsive and all instructions were very clear. We’d love to stay here again!

Great property in the heart of "everything Asheville". So close and convenient to everything- we simply kept the car in the public parking garage for three days. Hated to leave- we will book again!

This is a very nice property. We enjoyed the location and ease of access. The rooms and beds are very comfortable. The bathrooms come with all the essentials. We had 6 adults and all were very pleased. We did not cook a lot, but the kitchen was well-appointed if you did. All in all, it is an excellent rental. So easy to walk around. Great cocktail bar in the same building (They have a.m. coffee too) Parking is easy in a nice deck out back.

Really enjoyed the location, penthouse, cleanliness, and access to everything in Asheville! The food court and bar in the building was an added bonus. One thing to note on VRBO is that it states fireplace and hot tub in the description which is not the case. Would 100% stay here again. Thank you!

Everything was perfect about this location. All of us felt comfortable, all bedrooms were of equally fine quality, and the location provided all of the entertainment we needed. Parking could be an issue, but there is a public parking building through an alley across the street. Convenient and inexpensive.

It was a nice condo in the heart of the city, very walkable, and had everything we needed. The parking garage was close by for a reasonable price. It's a unique property with having to go through the S&W food hall to get to the condo. If you're visiting on a Friday night, enjoy the drum circle!

Our unit was very clean and our location could not have been better. Downtown was right around us. Parking is the only issue. There is a public parking garage about a block away. There’s no loading or unloading in front of the building, so pack accordingly. We would definitely come again!

This rental is all about location and it was a great location. I would mention that because it's in the center of town, the area can be a bit loud. But overall it was a great spot.

Great location! Awesome space. Carolina Mornings' team was super responsive. Parking can get a little expensive, but if you park down the block at the public garage, you can get it for cheaper.

The condo was great with pretty much everything we needed. The location is perfect with many restaurants and shops close by. The Drum Circle across the street on Friday nights is a lot of fun - they do stop playing at 10 pm. The rooftop deck in our unit was a great place to relax.

Beautiful condo with a prime location in town. Easily walk anywhere and there’s a food court on the street level. No need to cook a thing. Rooms and beds were comfy, and the outside area was especially private, for being where it is in the front. Very special stay in a very special place.

This beautiful place, tucked away in the middle of the city is perfect! You can walk to everything and not have to worry about driving everywhere. The place was perfect for our needs, very clean, and quite spacious. I would highly recommend it.

This is a well-appointed, very comfortable apartment in the middle of downtown Asheville, right across from Drum Circle. It has a great food court on the first floor and felt very safe with the secure/coded elevator and entrance. Everything is within walking distance. Great beds, lots of towels, and a kitchen with anything you would ever need. Maintenance was easy to reach (we needed help with WiFi) and called on day 2 to make sure we had everything we needed. There were three couples and we were more than comfortable. Would rent here again for sure!

We loved our stay! Tons of space, and all members of our group had their own rooms and bathrooms. The location was ideal - within walking distance to our favorite restaurants and the Orange Peel, where we saw a concert. We especially liked being above the food hall for some quick and tasty meals. Would definitely stay here again - it's perfect for groups of friends and family.

You could not find a better, more centrally located apartment. Not only are you steps from incredible food, but it also makes a perfect tour starting point for some of Asheville's best breweries. And the patio is such a great added bonus. I will be back and keep recommending this rental to my friends.

This unit served us very well during our time in Asheville. It was quite spacious which worked well for our family. The location was fantastic - the unit is above a bustling, popular food hall in Downtown Asheville. This location makes it incredibly easy to access all that Asheville has to offer, sometimes without even leaving the building.

This downtown apartment was perfect for my husband and me and our three teenage boys. Perfect location for heading out for shopping and eating after a day of hiking and biking in Pisgah. Enjoyed a long weekend in Asheville. The apartment is well located near lots of cute shops and restaurants. Enjoyed our visit to the Biltmore as well - a very short drive from the apartment. Directions to the nearby parking garage were quite clear and very helpful given the construction underway. The “food hall” on the first floor of the building had a fun vibe and was handy the one evening we didn’t want to go out. Highly recommend this apartment should your travels take you to Asheville.
