The best motorcycle rides in the country are here in Asheville, North Carolina!

The famed "Tail of the Dragon" (Deals Gap US Route 129), Blue Ridge Parkway, and Cherohala Skyway are all in Western North Carolina, and just a short ride from any of our vacation rentals.

The riding season in Asheville is Spring to Fall, but travel in September and October are especially popular due to the comfortable climate and world-renowned leaf season of Western NC. It is wise to book early if you plan to stay in these months as they are especially popular for riders!

Where to Stay

Stay in one of our premier cabins or vacation homes, step out your front door, jump on the bike, and you're already there. After a great day of riding, what better way to relax than to slip into a private hot tub on the deck, relax in a private sauna, or just sip a cool drink while taking in the spectacular views from the porch. Picking the Best Rental

Staying in a vacation rental is the best way to experience the area and keep your bikes with your group. Rather than parking your motorcycle in a parking garage downtown overnight, or in a shared parking lot, you'll be able to keep tabs on it at your own private vacation home! Not all vacation rentals are bike-friendly though. Questions to ask when making plans to travel with your bike:

• What are the roads like leading to the rental? (Are you comfortable on tight, twisty roads on a mountainside? How about a gravel road?)
  
• Does this property require 4WD to access? (Some properties are a bad idea for a bike - this question will weed those out!)
  
• Can I bring a trailer to this property, and is there room to park it?
  
• Where is the property located? (Just getting to and from the rental could be a great riding experience - sometimes further is better!)

Tail of the Dragon - Deals Gap/US Route 129 *A must-ride at least once! Congested because it's so popular.
Hellbender - NC 28 N - A great road leading to the Tail of the Dragon. Faster, and less congested.
Cherohala Skyway - xxx - A meandering ridetop road with massive views, a whole day ride.
Biltmore Estate - Enjoy the famed Biltmore Estate from the saddle!
Blue Ridge Parkway - Pick up the parkway at the NC Arboretum and turn right, heading uphill. Enjoy!
