Carolina Mornings has joined AIR, the Asheville Independent Restaurants Association, to help promote the local fare of our grand city. Asheville Independent Restaurants is dedicated to keeping Asheville's food scene eclectic and individual, just like the city's population.
AIR's mission is to: Unite the independent restaurant community of Asheville, NC as committed to local people, local philanthropies, local businesses, local food, and the local economy, with a promise to preserve the authenticity of our mountain home through genuine food and signature hospitality.
