Ellington Loft

Fantastic place to stay, everything is within walking distance, and using Lumen Concierge Service was amazing! Lauren from Lumen got our entire shopping list and the place/refrigerator was fully stocked for our entire weekend when we walked in the door leaving us to just enjoy the place and city. This place was great for our group and the outside balcony/terrace was perfect to enjoy throughout the day, and the food hall/taproom downstairs was a great bonus!

The balcony was just the best. We used it all the time during our stay. The kitchen could be stocked with better cooking items. We wanted to stay in one night and cook a big meal but didn't like the knives or pots & pans. We understand that most people who stay might not have the same idea we did because of the amazing eateries around so it was not a big issue. The bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect, and the space was exactly what we wanted.

This condo is in a great area. Lots of restaurants/bars/shops/breweries within walking distance. We didn’t have any issues parking at the nearby parking garage. There was lots of space for our group of 8.

This was a great place for a family trip. Enough room for all to have their own sleeping space & still worked well for kids to have their beds too. The location is right in the middle of downtown but the space itself is still very quiet. We enjoyed it!

We visited Asheville as a family vacation to explore the city, visit the Biltmore Estate, and go on some hiking excursions. Ellington Loft was an ideal location and the apartment was wonderful. It was a very functional layout for our family of 6 adults. The property was very secure and communication with Carolina Mornings was excellent. The nearby parking garage was easy to access. The downstairs eatery area was a bonus with great places to grab a bite or have a drink. Would highly recommend and stay again if visiting Asheville.

I can’t say enough good things about the Ellington Loft space in downtown Asheville, NC. Perfect for 3 couples for a long weekend…and space for other friends in town to also stop by. The rooftop patio with this loft is terrific, too. The kitchen has everything you need - nicely appointed overall. We will book again next year!

Planned a long birthday weekend with the family. The property was well-appointed and accurately described and represented by the pictures. The Interior is well-appointed, comfortable, and welcoming. Large balcony area for relaxing. The food court on the first floor was a nice bonus for snack time. Centrally located in walking distance to all the good restaurants and sights in downtown Asheville. We will do this again and come back to this same property.

Our favorite part of this property was the outside deck area. Such a lovely time we shared out there. Morning coffee and evening cocktails! The proximity was within walking distance of everything downtown. We only moved our cars to go to the parkway. So many restaurants and shopping to enjoy so close.

We enjoyed our stay at this quiet place in the mountains. It was close enough to all the activities and restaurants that are plentiful in the area. The bonus after a day of hiking and exploring the area was to relax in the hot tub on the porch with a glass of wine. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to make us feel at home. The new blacktop drive made it easy to get to the cabin and the blacktop parking area was nice during some of the rain showers we encountered.

Beautiful spot in the heart of downtown! We enjoyed this modern, loft-style unit, & all it had to offer! The balcony was a favorite gathering spot for morning coffee or evening drinks. Amazing Airbnb, the pictures don’t do it justice. The outside deck is really lovely and sunny and the place itself is great. It’s also above a food court-type place which is delicious! Would definitely recommend it.

Perfect downtown location! Central to shops, brewpubs, and restaurants. We loved the small food market downstairs, very convenient way to grab a bite or quick beer. Property was central to all downtown Asheville attractions on foot. We had a mother/daughter trip - party of 6. There was plenty of sleeping room, and the property had 3 full baths - which came in very handy for a party of six women getting ready for a day/night out on the town. Came here for a girls weekend -/perfect location in the center of Asheville! Loved the first floor food court with eclectic food options and the brewery in the building that had live music. The rental process was seamless and the unit was very clean. You cannot beat this location if you want to be downtown. Although there is not a designated parking space, there is a nearby garage that is super convenient. I do wish we could have checked in a bit early but I do understand it is a large unit to clean. Great for families!

The property is in a fabulous location within walking distance from all the best restaurants and breweries. We really enjoyed the outdoor patio space in between our touring around. The indoor space is well decorated but a little dark. Needs more lighting. I also suggest providing starter coffee for the first morning. Otherwise great spot.

The lack of parking was a little annoying, but we were told plenty of times about it and there is a garage right around the block. "This was an excellent base to explore Asheville on foot, as well as to get to awesome restaurants. We were 3 couples and loved everything about the loft - from the very complete stocking of the kitchen and baths (even travel size shampoo and conditioner provided!), to plenty of space to gather and visit, to loving the outdoor terrace. Three bedrooms with 2 kings and 1 queen bed and 3 full baths, and even 2 additional daybeds in a small loft area. Everything was sparkling clean and there were tons of pillows and towels. Only downside is having to park in a nearby garage, but you're right in the heart of downtown Asheville after all. Loved our stay and would highly recommend!"

"Ellington Loft is a beautifully furnished and comfortable condo in the heart of Asheville. The amenities provided rival any of the high end hotels in the area. We walked out the door of the building, the old S&W Cafeteria building, and enjoyed the restaurants and shopping and all that is unique about Asheville. The balcony of the condo is large, has a lovely seating area of 2 sofas and 2 chairs and a dining table that seats 4; but the best part of the balcony is the long range view of the mountains. The condo easily sleeps 8 and the bed mattresses are so comfortable that all of us had great sleep. The Biltmore Estate, the Blue Ridge Parkway, hiking in the mountains are just minutes away. We will stay again at Ellington Loft when we return to Asheville. It felt like a home away from home."
