Serenity Peak Lodge

We loved this house! The seclusion and views were exactly what we needed! If you are looking to “unplug” and escape, this is the perfect place. Make sure to plan ahead and grab groceries. The drive up is super steep! The kitchen is well stocked with easy access and to the deck and grilling. We would absolutely book again☺️

Great place to stay! We loved the home, it was perfect for our getaway. We loved the bonus living room and the deck space. We were glad we only brought two vehicles since parking is limited. Great views! Highly recommend

Beautiful Home! The location was wonderful, although be prepared to navigate some steep hills, sharp turns, and a few switchbacks on your way up. It can be a bit of an adventure, but absolutely worth it! GPS service drops off near the property, so the detailed driving directions were incredibly helpful and much appreciated. The home itself was spotless and very well maintained. The beds were extremely comfortable, and we appreciated the extra blankets and pillows provided for added comfort. I cannot say enough about how AMAZING this house is! The communication was fantastic and the view is nothing short of perfect. Celebrated bday weekend and it was PERFECT! This house makes you feel like you are home! It is incredibly comfortable and has everything you need to not want to leave. My favorite was the porch with two doors! And the shuffleboard while watching movies with the fam. We were also privileged enough to be able to bring our girls with us (who also enjoyed the porch) and kept them crated while away. Cannot thank you enough!

Beautifully appointed cabin. Location was great for us as we have an adult son working at a local camp we were able to see on his days off. View was great with lots of wildlife… deer, fox, turtles, lightning bugs! Kitchen was easy to cook in with everything I needed to make meals.

We loved our stay at the Carolina Morning’s cabin. It was beautiful and perfect in every way. We had everything we needed for our trip and when I did have a question, the host was very responsive. The cabin is further out than we have stayed in the past, but the view made up for the longer drive. The good thing is you can be in Maggie Valley or Waynesville in around 20 minutes. The cabin was tastefully and stylishly decorated the space was perfect for our family of three and our two golden retrievers. The deck is a great place to relax with a glass of wine and take in the beautiful views or grill, which we did. Everything in the cabin is new and up to date and it even smelled new when you opened the front door. Overall it was an amazing week and we hope to visit again soon!

We loved this home, its modern decor, and its great views. The deer and red fox were unexpected surprises that we enjoyed seeing around the property. The kitchen is very thoughtfully stocked as well. We got snow for a few days, but the road was never too bad to drive on. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back.

We loved this home! It was exactly as described. The view was incredible. We felt right at home. Bonus: we saw lots of deer, a fox, and an owl. The property management company was super responsive! We had a minor problem and they came the same day to fix it. You can tell they take care of the homes they manage. Would recommend this home 100%. Thanks again for a lovely stay.

Great, modern place! The mountain surroundings were beautiful and the place was very quiet. All the modern amenities were great and the 3 bedrooms with king-sized beds were great for our group. The kitchen and bathrooms were fully stocked. The towels were the softest of any AirBnB I've ever stayed in.

WOW! Stunning new luxurious home tucked away on the mountainside! Although this home takes a few miles of curvy roads to reach, it was well worth it! Peaceful with a beautiful view! Loved visiting Waynesville and many other surrounding small towns! This place is a gem!

This home is STUNNING! With a beautiful, modern, open concept throughout with giant windows facing the mountain view downstairs, a cozy loft upstairs that was fantastic for evening movie nights, and a stunning porch that was perfect to enjoy our morning coffee, this place had it all. The location was great, perfectly situated between everything Asheville has to offer and the beautiful hikes on the blue ridge parkway. We went to Woodfin Falls, Soco Falls, and Water Rock Knob and followed it up with shopping and breweries in Waynesville. I’d most definitely recommend booking Serenity Peak for your next vacation, you won’t regret it!

"This has been the perfect place for our family's first trip to the mountains. We loved the house – the loft was perfect for the kids, and we all loved the reading nook for early morning sunrises and the deck for evening smores, sunsets, and afternoon card games. Our dog, Wrinkles, was living his best life as a mountain dog, and we loved having him here with us! We had so much fun exploring and hiking in the mountains - heading a different direction most days. A big highlight was horseback riding at Sandy Bottom Trail Rides in Marshall, NC, about an hour away. We highly recommend their trail tours! We had a great week filled with beautiful fall weather, good food, and plenty of adventures. We know we'll be back! Thank you! "

"What a perfect weekend in the mountains! Thank you for opening this home for others to enjoy! We were seeking a serene relaxing getaway for our babymoon before our baby girl arrives in December – this was a perfect fit and gave us a much needed break from the Florida summer heat! We enjoyed lounging on the deck with gorgeous sunsets, stargazing and our morning coffee. The neighborhood was quiet, calm, and shaded for some good walks (hikes!) and we also ventured to Boogerman Trail for a challenging but beautiful hike. We can't wait to return! "

This is a beautiful, modern home tucked on a mountain side. In a private development, however, it does not feel residential. Beautiful patio/deck views of the misty mornings! The road leading to the home is paved, however, narrow, and the approach to the home is steep. Great location as it is very close to the quaint town of Waynesville, lots to do there and great food options.
